I enterd a photo of my Mom sitting in her wheel chair in their photo contest and they sent me a letter saying I was a runner up and asked me to order their hardcover book for $75.00. My Mom sent a check with my order but the company didnt keep their promise to send the book in June. My poor Momma passed away in Dec. 2003 not long after sending the check and that book was the last thing she bought for me. Thats why I am so upset with the company. I want and need to do something about it but I'm not sure where to start.
