Quality Appliance Services came to our home to repair our dishwasher. The tech was extremely rude and seemed put out by the whole service call. Parts had to be ordered and they said it would take a week. The tech then advised that he had "disconnected" the dishwasher so it would not continue to leak. The next day we filled our sink in order to wash dishes by hand. After pulling the drain plug the water backflowed thru the damaged discharge hose and leaked thru the dowstairs ceiling causing damage to the ceiling.
When the tech returned to fix the dishwasher I advised him that he had not "disconnected" the dishwasher and explained what happened. He stated he never said that he had disconnected the dishwasher and advised that it was my responsibility to have figure that out. He then said that he was feeling attacked and uncomfortable in my home. He then said he felt intimidated, refused to finish the repairs and left.
The tech then called my home warranty company and told them I had used foul language and threatened him. Nothing of the sort happened.in fact, the tech was the only one who used foul language in front of my six year old.
The company has refused to complete the work.
