In November I purchased a dishwasher from HHGregg in Orland Park, IL. I also purchased a 5 year service plan with the appliance. The Whirlpool dishwasher was delivered to my house, I signed for it and that was that. Two months ago the dishwasher started leaking so I called for service. I was told the whirlpool dishwasher I purchased was not the whirlpool dishwasher installed, and the service plan I had was no longer valid. Turns out the motor went out on the dishwasher I never agreed to purchase, so I had to buy a new one from another vendor. HHgregg refused to service the machine they sold me.
