On April 25th a FedEx delivery truck arrived at my residence, and the driver, who could speak very little English, had me sign his normal paperwork for my expected delivery items.
Unfortunately, after I signed and waited at the front door expecting the driver to give me my package, he drove off without giving me anything. Weird, isn't it?
I immediately contacted the FedEx Orlando, FL office at 407 240-9600 for a proper explanation, but was immediately transferred to their main branch offices in Tennessee.
A female customer representative at FedEx said, "There is nothing she could do." I asked if she could trace it by my name. She put me on hold for the longest time, and I then hung up after waiting so long.
FedEx is clearly a disgrace, and hiring delivery drivers who cannot speak proper English is totally inexcusable. It is also inexcusable to have customers sign for delivery items that don't exist or were not given to the customer.
I highly recommend that folks not use FedEx and use another carrier.
