Orered items from this company, received items and they were damaged or broken. E mailed them and this person mark told me tosend back and he would issue me a refund. It has been over one month now internet

I bought watches from this company, and whenI received them they were either broken or damaged.

I e mailed them and this guy MARK told me me to return the watches and he would issue me a refund.

It has been over one month now and he or the company will not return my e mails or issue me my refund. Would not buy from this company ever again.
