I had a delivery coming from walmart.com the shipped it fedex. My tracking said it was out for delivery so I stayed home all day. At 5:59pm it updated to state I was not home to sign for my package. I was home all day and none ever attempted to deliver my package. Even my neighbor never saw a fedex truck and she was also home all day and we share a drive way. Fedex refuses to believe their driver never attempted the delivery but they said if he did there would be a tag on my door which was open by the way at the time of delivery because we were all in our front room wrapping presents and waiting for that package.
Well no truck no driver no tag. Also I have herd from my neighbors down the street this same thing happed to them and in their case the drivers have to get those trucks back to the station so they will say they attempted delivery when they did not so they wont be late returning their trucks. Something should be done about fedex. There customer service is shotty and I can not afford to replace those items and I had to order them because they can not be purchased anywhere near my home.
