NonStop Delivery is a logistics company and claims to be one of leaders of home delivery service in the United States. I gave them three deliveries, of those three they damaged two. For one of the damaged deliveries the driver tricked the customer into signing a statement that the customer was responsible for any damage that NonStop Delivery caused to their shipment! They refuse to pay our claims, and after talking to the claims manager I believe that is how they handle all claims - they just refuse them. For another delivery we were charged for white glove service, when the driver only delivered to the customers front porch.
Their website never works, which makes it nearly impossible to even get your delivery scheduled. Now we have to pay for the damage that NonStop Delivery caused to our customers items. We will never use them again, although that hardly makes up for the problems that they have caused for my company. BOTTOM LINE: Do not waste your time and money with NonStop Delivery!
