Walmart money card ordered on line shoes from lugz, was denied called them said try again denied again, called walmart money card saidmoney was on aholding pattern need lugz to fax a release, lugz says we cant fax

Walmart money card removed money from my card, have called numerous times to specialist an supervisor always to be given a different answer, the money was supposed to be put on a hold pattern they requested a release form from lugz shoes which stated that i was denied on their site so no funds were touched, said walmart had no right to do this, walmart says the money will be returned in 2wks. But prior to that statement one supervisor, the first one put one hold back on instantly, to make a very long story short 10 specialists, 10 supervisors later, having to explain this story to each an every one of them. Hours upon hours on the phone.
