I had a zero balance on my walmart card when I shouls have had at least $100.00 balance, but I added $147.00 on to my Walmart card gving me a balance of $147.00. After making 3 purchases I should have had a balance of $33.93.
When I went online to check my balance it said that I was in the negative $6.00 ($-6.00), but for 2 days I have not been able to see any of my transactions that I have made. When I call the 877 number on the back of the card it says I have a balance of $ 7.37.
After all of this I feel that walmart has been ripping me off for as long as I have been using the Walmart money card, which has been about 2 years.
