I purchased a pair of boots over a month ago from cozybootstreet.net I recieved a confirmation email and I expected to get my purchase about 1-2 weeks later as described. It has now been about 5 weeks and I have sent several emails asking for a tracking number, date of arrival and giving complaints. I have recently gone back to the website to complain again and I found that the website has changed, my login an password doesn't work and I'm left without my 84 boots. I wish to get a refund or actually get my purchase but I do not know how to take this further. I have no contact information for the seller or any other website to contact them.
