My wife purchased two pair of UGG boots from this website for both my children, as of today 01/11 we have not received the boots, and the vendor uses a third party billing company called http://www.sitecomplaint.com, which we were not aware of at the time of purchase. If you go to the http://www.wintersnow-boots.com / website, they have no contact information, and the order still to this day says pending.
