I purchased UGG boots from this website and they were received within a few weeks of the purchase. The boots ripped horizontally within 10 days of receiving them. I immediately attempted to contact them via email. They market UGG boots and also say they are backed up with a 365 day guarantee. I have sent several email requesting a refund and to date have not received a response, this all began November. I unfortunately mentioned the website to a few friends and they too ordered several pairs, had issues with the boots, attempted to contact with no luck. They need to be stopped. I don't care about the refund at this point however, I don't want anyone else impacted by this scam. Please help.
