We read online at Kohls Facebook that Kohls would honor expired Kohls cash, with manager approval. We Kohls cash which expired Dec 5, and were in the store on Dec 21. Wen we asked customer service about this & they called the manager, they would not honor the expired Kohls cash. Why would some Kohl's stores honor it and others wouldn't?
