I ordered a $2000.00 sink June 24 i was told I would not be charged on my credit card til item was shipped. Lie. I had to initiate an inquiry on aug 4. I was told they had problems with elkay & could not deliver my item & offered me a different sink. I said No. Still no refund. Pex supply delivered the same sink I ordered from Ira woods at a $600.00 savings. Thank you irawoods for NOT coming thru - I do want my refund
