My service was suspended February 24, and I made two payments of $30.00 on March 16 and March 23 (Confirmation #-218398015). My phone is still suspended and I have called Metro PCS call center and was told by employee ID #61068, that I basically paid for a phone that I can not use, also that to continue my service I was told to pay an addition $60.00 within the same billing period. I am filing a civil suit and I also demand the return of my payments or the activation of my phone. Metro PCS Call center employee's could not understand the reason these actions took place. If neither phone nor payments are returned or even if they are I will still have this matter resolved in civil court.
