I have had nothing but bad service since I came over to Metro PCS. I got a new phone on Oct 17. The phone stop working on 12/04. They gave me a replacement refurbish phone and it stop working today 12/11. They tell me that I have to go all the way to the corporate office to get another phone. I have had nothing but problems with the phone and the service. When I get text I receive half now and the other half hours later if I receive the rest at all. If you are looking for a phone service, this would not be the one to get. The customer service is a piece of crap along with the service.
