On june 1, i'd paid for my monthly payment of $54.00, on my samsung phone, which was not due until june 9. On june 6 i was robbed and pepper spray by a female. On june 6 with the police we went into the store to which i purchased my phone, to shut down the phone, and locate the phone, which had gps/and agps, on the phone. They the provider said they could not looked up that information, so they contacted metro pcs, which they could not locate the phone either, even though the applications were uploaded on the phone. So, they shut down the phone. I was informed by the metro pcs and the provider that i would not be credited for the phone of $54.00 dollars and would have to pay for a whole new phone. Though the warranty states when a phone is stolen, it is still under warranty. On june 11 i'd purchased another replacement phone, and paid $122.00, and the applications on this new phone will not update my contacts/sync, and many of the applications will not take on this new phone. On my previous phone i had metro back up/metro total protection plan, which did not sync my contacts/data, onto this new phone/which has the same phone number. Not only that my phone is 3g, but is only taking 1g.
What can i do???
