Hello I'm reporting to corporate about my situation with metro. I paid my bill for January and February, but I paid the bills both in January. One payment was paid on 01/13 and the confirmation number is 202009079 and the paid for the month of February on 1-01/27 and that confirmation number is 205001922. I called metro to find out why my service was discinnected and out 9 reps and 3 supervisors no one could tell me why and they all said different reasons. My phone number is 239-324-6181, I would like for this issue to be resolve by turning my phone back on or reimbursement of my money which is 40.00 and I will find another cell phone company with better service then metro.
