I bought an Android cell phone from METRO end of October. I did not pay the bill on Dec 26 because I wanted my billing date to be on the 3rd of each month to coincide with my payday. So they turned off my phone on Dec 27 which I expected. I paid $58.00 on January 3 which was for a month of service and now Metro PCS told me that my phone will be turned off Jan 27 if I dont pay the bill which they say is still due Jan 26. I paid for a month of service on Jan 3rd. How can they be allowed to cheat me out of that? My bill should not be due again until Feb 3.
