I ordered flowers for my parent's 55th anniversary. Not only did they charge my account the day AFTER the promised delivery date, it has been 8 days and they still have not recevied flowers! I have not received any response to my emails to customer service and I am currently on the phone waiting to speak to someone - I spent 45 minutes on hold and when I finally got through to a customer service representative I was told that this was GOOD and their usual wait time is 1.5 HOURS. He then gave me a song-and-dance routine about how their system had gone down and the florist was overwhelmed yada yada yada. I can't believe he actually asked if I would use this company again. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, anytime. I wish this site would allow me to give a negative rating (-10).
