Ordered flowers with teleflora.com on they were scheduled to arrive for my mom on the 6th of May. On the 7th of May I called in to see why my flowers didn't arrive on the 6th of May
They gave me the name of the florist, which will remain nameless at this point. I called the florist which was like miles away from where I live and they told me there was a hold on my account and that teleflora never paid them to deliver the flowers so they advised me to cancel the flowers and order directly through them. (This sounded to me like they were trying to cut out the middle man and not have to pay the commission to teleflora. Con
Anyway, I said, "OK" and called the customer service line. Teleflora hadn't put a hold on my account and was shocked to here the florist adviced me to cancel the reservation. So, I asked them to change florist and get it out to me by the next day. They said they would and the flowers would be there the next day.
The next day came and no flowers. So, I called to cancel my order and the girl adviced me that she could stop the order but I couldn't get refunded until they called me back that they had been cancelled properly and then it could take 3 days to back off of my credit card. There was no call back, 2 days later still no call back. No Flowers either.
Checked my order file today they still show them as an open order. Whatever!!! I either want my flowers or my money back. 6 days and still no flowers. I don't recommend this website to anyone. I've thought I had used them before and was happy... But not anymore. Oh yeah and I emailed them twice through this whole problem and just got a automated response that they received my email.
