HH Gregg offered me a PC also it doesn't function. I told them I simply need a brand new one. They know who I'm. The workers are there after I visited buy it. They're well-aware of my problems. No the labels aren't any longer onto it. I don’t believe I've the styrofoam it arrived in both. You notice I created the foolish presumption the pc might really perform. Their support is depressing. I've to continue heading down towards the shop everytime I've a problem. Do they not understand that gasoline isn't inexpensive?
WHEN I consult with the client support people the very first thing they state is ” Did you try…” guess what happens? I shouldn’t need to attempt X, B, and Z. The computer must simply work. I don’t believe I'm requesting a lot of below. I simply need a PC that works. Do the best point HH Gregg and surpass this customer support identity you're attempting to surpass and provide me a PC that works!
