Purchased an Hitachi Plasma. Had problems since day-one. HH Gregg wouldn't go back and needed to contact Norman Technology (some organization they utilize for repairs) to correct. Over per month later, nevertheless no Television! HH Gregg seemingly have no need to do something. I'd NEVER store at HH Gregg again later on. They do not care at-all about their clients. I needed to look in the new-store about the stop to provide them an opportunity. So much for that.
