They continue to ask for forms you've already submitted and continue to send more unnecessary forms for you to complete. The policy owner passed away in February 2026, claims have been filed, and they continue to send bills even after the death certificate has been sent in three different envelopes. Ridiculous delay tactics are in play. Calling doesn't help; they lie, deny, and demand more needless paperwork from you.
