Don't buy the guarantees from HH Gregg. They're a waste of money and time. We've now been burned twice. Must have never provided them another opportunity. Their customer support can also be terrible! Simply obtaining the word out. Had we completed our study, we'd have experienced they have so many grievances to trust them. Want I'd have recognized all this 8 years ago whenever we began purchasing from their website. We shall not return, providing Bestbuy an opportunity.
