I purchased a T.V.in the beginning of 2007 and I've had nothing but problems with it. I have a one year warranty through HH Gregg. When I called HH Gregg, they gave me the number of there service providers. When I called them to schedule an appointment to have them fix the TV, they didn't service the brand of TV that I purchased. When I contacted HH Gregg about this they sent us to the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer in regards to this problems, and they require that I send the TV to California. All of the shipping costs are my responsiblility and they don't know when I will get the TV back. The shipping costs are very expensive.
The TV that I purchased from HH Gregg was expensive. It was supposed to be an HDTV, but let me tell you it has been anything but. With the way that they have treated me I will never, and I repeat never, purchase anything from them ever again. Not only am I out a TV, but I'm also out all of the time and energy spent trying to fix the problem. Lastly, HH Gregg should not sell products that it does not have the resources to fix.
