Customer Support, Supervisor, & installation TERRIBLE! Range & Fridge both mounted & EQUALLY broken had gasoline flow for very first time in over 40yrs because of contractors being unsure of the things they are doing. Frig had 6"extended by 1"broad reduction but nonetheless mounted. Needed to contact shop & got moved around & about the telephone for half-hour with one of these individuals. Supervisor lied about anything whenever we described the problem. Its been per week & nevertheless do not have an upgraded range however. Frig was changed two times after first installment but was quit with no Frig the weekend before Christmas. If anything goes wrong with HH Gregg do not expect it to become solved in a regular issue. That you don't get any unique therapy or any quicker support & they do not appear to worry about it both. No appologies, no savings off shipping, NOTHING. I tell everybody to not purchase from HH Gregg!
