I ordered mothers day flowers 3 days in advance. They were not delivered. I have called the company 7 times; have heard multiple different reasons - we lost your order; we never received your order; you cancelled your order; the florist was too busy. I still have no idea where the flowers are. I have waited all day to hear back from manager. Different people from the company have called and left different messages - we delivered the flowers; they are en route.
Unfortunately, I feel like no one knows antyhing at the company and the service is the worst I have seen
