I wouldn't even give them ONE star. They are a total SCAM!!! I ordered a flower bouquet for my sister on the 8th to be delivered on the 10th. That order wasn't delivered and I had to call my sister to see (Blooms Today never called me) and she said nothing was delivered. So I had to call them to see what was going on. They said that they wouldn't be able to deliver until the 15th (her birthday was on the 9th, so a little frustrating) but I still kept the order. Then on the 15th I called her to see if she got it, and she never did. So I had to call the company back and ask what was going on. They said the order was cancelled because the florist didn't have the flowers I wanted. So I reordered (third order) a different bouquet of flowers, to be delivered asap (the soonest was the 20th, now almost 2 weeks after her birthday). So they finally called me yesterday (the 20th), but I was unable to answer, so i called them that night and they were closed. So i called them back today (21st) and they said that since I didn't call back my order was cancelled. So I asked why they just cancelled it, with just one phone call and not actually talking to me. They (John) at customer service said that this order will never be delivered! I was taken aback and asked why? He said no florist will deliver it and that's it. He was EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone so I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said "I am, What do you want', I said wanted my flowers delivered and he said "It's not going to happen, no florist will take the order", then I was upset and asked why they never told this before in the first place and he had no answer and was very short with me. I called him a prick and then he called me a bitch and hung up. So I called back and reported him and the lady said that they COULD deliver my flowers, it would just need to be a different bouquet (again). But I said never mind, just make sure I get the refund (as of right now, I only have had one refund out of the three orders, so hopefully I will get the other two.) All in all, my experience with Blooms today was HORRIBLE, I guess I should have learned my lesson when they never called me the first time the flowers were not delivered. Do not order from this company, they are scammers!!!
