I ordered my wife flowers to be delivered to her elemantary school where she teaches. The order came in after she left at 3 pm. I called and complained and Blooms stated they would give me 50% off that order. I was delighted, or so I thought. The next day the Donna's flowers in Lovetttsville, VA came back and TOOK THE FLOWERS BACK FROM MY WIFE AT WORK! The reason according to the florist is because Blooms cut them out of the 50% for being late. I hold both places equally responsible. Blooms should have just ate that 50% but they are so concerned with making a lousy 100 bucks they passed it on to the florist who they had to know would take back the flowers. I told Blooms about what happened and all I got was a "we'll refund your money". No apology and very unsympathetic. The never offered me anything to compensate for the way my wife or I was treated. Please don't use this service. Looking at other people's posts it seems like they are one big rip-off. I used to deal with them with my company but no more. I hope they enjoy losing me AND my companies business.
