I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom's work on Friday. On the website there was a box you could check if you wanted them delivered before 1pm. I checked the box because my mom only works til 4pm. When the flowers didn't arrive before she left work i called to complain and they told me there is no such box on the website. Now i know i wasn't imaging things but the customer service rep swears she didn't know what i was talking about. I contacted the flower shop that was actually making the flower arrangement and they were way more helpful than blooms today. They apologized for the delay in delivery and we came to an agreement that they would deliver my mom's flowers first thing Monday morning. When the flowers didn't arrive by noon i called the flower shop to see what was going on and they told me BLOOMS TODAY CANCELLED MY ORDER. I was never contacted by Blooms Today to make me aware of the cancellation and now that i am trying to contact them to see what happened, all i get is a busy tone. I don't know how this company is still in business but i will never never be ordering anything from them again and i suggest nobody else does either!!! Now i have to explain to my mom why she never got anything for mother's day... I am beyond angry right now!!! Blooms today is the worst company you could possibly order anything from!!!
