Never order from this company - mothers day flowers

I Ordered flowers for my mothers to be delivered ON MOTHERS DAY. I called to check the status on Sunday since I asked for them to be delivered before noon and surprise surprise the guy on the phone said "I apologize, we can deliver them tomorrow with a note of apology" WHAT!?! Whats the frikken point?! They never even called me to tell me about this so that i can at least cancel the order and maybe ordered an flowers from a local florist! I wish I read all the bad reviews before I placed my order with this HORRIBLE COMPANY!
