I ordered flowers and was assured they would show up last friday. When They were not there by almost the end of the work day I called customer service, I was then promised they would make it in time before the end of the work day that the flowers were ready and about to be loaded on the truck. They proceeded to say if for any reason they did not make it Friday they would make sure they were delivered Saturday. The flowers never made it. They actually cancelled the order stating they wanted to give me my 100% money back gaurantee. Very nice but I wanted my mom to have flowers on mothers day. When I called this Monday morning to correct the issue they offered no help or discount just a sorry and I can re-order them to be delivered today. Not a good way to recover from broken promises. I did re-order so I know she gets the arrangment I liked but in the future will be finding somewhere else to do flowers.
