I made a purchase from Leigh-ann Kline when she had an Etsy account back on May 26 for a custom monogram unity candle for my wedding in September. On the listing she says it takes 6-8 weeks to complete the order and ship out— so the worst case scenario is that it would arrive at the end of July. Wrong.
I still had not received the candle the week before the wedding and asked her to cancel the order. She was unresponsive. I never received the candle so I opened a case on ETSY. She replied with a tracking number — which never delivered to my address.
I had to go out and purchase a seperate unity candle the day before my wedding. What a headache.
I have reopened my case on Etsy, however, the seller is no longer responsive and will not issue me a refund for a product that was never delivered to me.
I tried to go to the Etsy sellers webpage and it appears that she has deactivated her account. However, she now has a website where you can purchase her candles.
Buyer beware!!! You may not receive your product like me or a refund!!!
