I ordered wood Mr. And Mrs wood letters for my wedding. I bought them for 4 dollars and shipping was 5 dollars. The computer approved the purchase. Then later in the day, I was sent a email from the seller saying they were now (20 dollars). I emailed Etsy and told them the situation anfird they did nothing about it. I just wanted to warn people as it seems to me like it is a poor company (and poor customer service) if the sellers on this system do not honor the prices they quote. This was my first purchase with Etsy and sadly it will be my last.

I'm excited that you like the sign and would like to custom order one! Unfortunately, the listing you purchased was meant for information only. The price is $4.00 per letter, not total. So if you wanted this "Mr" and " Mrs" sign, it comes to $20.00 plus $5.00 shipping. If you want to continue, I will set up a custom listing for you. If not, I will gladly return the money you used to purchase this advertising listing.
