No refunds from Chadwicks!

I returned a winter coat that was received at Chadwicks on October10th. Nearly 2 months later, I continue to wait for my refund of $93.00! After numerous phone calls in which you hold for over 30 plus minutes and then get cutoff and 15 plus emails that never get answered, I am so upset! On the ocassion that I did get through via phone, the rep. Told me she would have a supervisor call me. No one called! WORD TO THE EISE... Do not order from this company!
