I called Chadwicks to get a problem straighteded out on a order I placed, I was transferred 4 times. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I was also given a number to call that had a continual busy signal. I do not think my business is appreciated and probably will never shop there again. I have been a customer since the 90's.
