On August 21, My daughter went to purchase a cell phone and service using her saving from her summer job. She attends school in North Carolina. The agent at METRO PCS told us there was coverage in the area where she attends school.
The phone does not work in this area. I called MPCS to get a refund, was told that I should call the 800 number. The 800 number told me to contact the office where I bought it from. I asked for the Manager/owner and was told "I don't know who he is".
I would like a refund of for the phone and coverage purchased. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with!
