Metro PCS is the absolute WORSE company to join for any phone service!!! I've never seen customer service with ANY company to be as horrible, incompetent, rude, arrogant, and dishonest as Metro PCS. I have disconnected my acct. With Metro PCS because I got fed up with their incompetence and uncaring and uninterested attitudes.
I fully expect this COMPANY TO GO UNDER! Beware! I asked for a refund of my $53.in my "metroconnect account", as soon as I disconnected my service with Metro PCS.in an effort to CHEAT me, MetroPCS told me that my money was nonrefundable! They STOLE my money!
Furthermore, you'll NEVER get a correct phone number when you call their 411 directory information, and they'll repeatedly hang up on you rather than provide you with a phone number! They'll even purposely give you a wrong phone number just to get you off the phone!
The Customer Service dept. Will also place you on hold forever and then hang up on you when you ask to speak to one's supervisor - they act like they don't know who is the manager!
Metro PCS employees continue to get away with such mistreatment and abuse of their customers! No way should you sign up with metro pcs!!! I WILL NEVER USE METRO PCS AGAIN!!!
Beware - metro pcs is going under - and with no bailout!!!
BTW: IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON ABOUT ANYTHING! Even the automation hangs up on you, repeatedly!!!
