Purchased a Metro PCS phone on 8/26. I returned it on 9/1 due to NO service in my area. As the contract states " return in 7 days for FULL refund"

Well, its now 10/25 & have not rec'd any refund. I went to the store several times, just to be jerked around! The manager said he'd call me, that was a lie. I called the 888 # & they just tell me I have to get a refund at the store, the clerk tells me I have to call the 888# WTH??!!

I'm sick of wasting my gas & time going to this store just to talk to an idiot! My lawyer is my next call... Don't go to Metro PCS... Esp. The one in Easton!!!
