Metro Pcs Corporate Store
Samsung Freeform II - SCHR360 Freeform II

I had originally bought Samsung SCHR350, after a couple of months phone completely froze for no reason, took to Metro PCS Store, was told only thing I could do was to pay $60 and upgrade phone, so I did, got SCHR360. I did not know at the time I could return to Samsung to be fixed. A few months after that the Memory on the 360 would not clear. Took phone back to store and was told by Zimarious, supposedly someone who works for "coporate" that they were aware of problem however it was Samsung's problem and all Metro could do was to pay for upgrade or purchase a memory card. After telling him no way and the problem is the phone is defective he said he would get back to me... Never did. So on my own I contacted Samsung explained in detail problems with both phones. Sent back both phones for repair. They fixed the 350 however they sent me back the 360 unrepaired with the memory still full. I contacted Samsung again and told them they did not fix problem. I was told by Samsung to send phone back and they would expedite service. Samsung had my phone for a month and a half, they did not expedite anything. They sent my phone back with the memory deleted however after taking a picture message the problem remained, it would still not clear internal memory. I sent a letter with my phone to Samsung telling them to call me before they shipped phone so I knew what was wrong, they never did. They sent phone back with my letter and no explanation. I took phone to Corporate Store and spoke with the manager. Explained the problem with the phone and that it had not been fixed and phones are defective. I was told the only thing he could do was give me brand new phone of same exact model with memory card. Since I had not brought phone to this store previously he said there was no record therefore he could not do anything else. I asked him to contact the other Metro pcs location and Zimarious and he said no, the only thing was to have someone from Corporate send him an email and then he could escalate my problem. He gave me new phone, same model, and I showed both the sales guy and him, Roman, that memory did not clear on that phone either, proving that the phones are defective. He said all he could do was keep switching the phone for a new one, same model. I then contacted Metro PCS Customer Serivce and asked for a manager. I got some guy on the phone, explained the situation and problem and he said, "sorry Metro will not refund your money or give you a different phone even though it's defective because it came from Samsung and they would need to refund the money and if the corporate store wouldn't refund your money then oh well", I then asked for the legal department and he hung up on me. I contacted Samsung and Samsung says to keep sending the phone back in for repair and they will not refund money because I did not purchase phone directly from them. Both Metro PCS and Samsung are aware that the SCHR360 are defective and will do nothing about it. Metro PCS upsells their customers and has no customer service at all. The people I have delt with at Metro PCS are rude, incompetent, sarcastic and can barely speak english. Samsung has been no help what so ever, will not contact me regarding the defective phone and also has bad customer service. And to top it all off, I had to keep paying phone bill even though I have been without a cell phone for several months! Metro is the absolute worst for addressing customer service and neither Metro or Samsung have honored their warranty. Yes, phone is still under warranty but no one wants to be liable for it. They all just want to take your money and treat you the worst possible way after!
