I did a device swap and was not able to get internet afterwards. When in the same coverage area I have NEVER had a problem with my internet. I called about ten times asking how to do a data restore on my device, and was told they couldn't help me because I am in extended home coverage area. Again I have ALWAYS had internet until I changed devices!!! They would not even give me the steps to do, They would NOT help me at all. I was hung up on multiple times, told to SHUT UP! And refused by all agents to give the steps. Customer service sucks! I do Tech support for Sprint and if I treated my customers this way, I would be FIRED... instantly! I tried to call the corporate office and was re-routed back to Customer service! I pay for internet service, but can not get it anymore, and this company can take my money every month, but can not help me to restore my service??? Everyone with Metro should leave it in a hurry... I am!!!
