I have spent a approximately 4 hours from November trying to get my phone order accurate. They continue to charge me for every phone call I make.
I have asked for a revised bill with no results, I have asked to talk with the Supervisor, they promised he would call back in 5 minutes - that has been over a month ago with no results.
Now they are threatening to turn off my phone? INCOMPETANT!
Consider the time and aggravation trying to get this straight. They are not concerned.
I have emailed them, NO RESPONSE! Their Customer Service is needs RETRAINED! I have been in Customer Service for 15 years, never have I treated my Customers the way they have.
We need to look at our performances, we are Americans, good hardworking Americans... And yet SBC is one of the companies that is screwing up the American way - a way to be PROUD OF!
They need to CLEAN out their Customer Service, Management and start all over.
I have had my feel!
