Overbilled me for $20 turned off service in Feb still being charged every month

This is the most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. I refused to pay a $20. Overcharge in Jan. 2004 because the bill was wrong. They turned off the satellite the SAME day as the due date, when I called and had been on hold for 30 minutes the woman was ignorant, said my bill wasn't wrong and proceeded to ask me when I wanted service turned on (wanted me to pay online).
She didn't seem to care that I told her I did not want the satellite anymore because of the non existing service and runaround I was receiving. It gets even better. They send me a bill EVERY month with service charges for that month on it when I HAVE NO SERVICE! So now they claim I owe them $140. When in actuality when I figured the prorate it is $47. I know on Monday when I call I'll be on hold for at least a half hour and will probably have to report them to the attorney general in my state. If you can avoid this company do so!
