Phone call number one: I cannot believe the type of customer service I received when I contacted Sony customer support today. It was by far some of the worst, most demeaning, unprofessional customer service I have ever received.
Phone call number two: I tried calling the customer relations phone number on your website to complain about my initial customer service phone call., and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was asked my name, phone number, model number of my TV, etc. I told the guy I just wanted to talk to a supervisor. He asked me why, and I told him I have a reason that I did not want to explain to him. I was told that a supervisor will not speak to a “CUSTOMER” for no reason. I had a reason, I didn’t feel it was necessary to explain it to him, and then repeat the same thing to a supervisor.
My problem would be fixed if I could speak to a polite professional, and be treated as an intelligent and valued customer.
At any rate: you have just lost a sony customer.!!
