I want to know how is training Candis in customer service to hang up on your customer. I had a request and she could not address it so I asked for a customer service supervisor but she still was trying to convince me so I said lets stop talking I just like to talk to the supervisor. But she said don't tel me to stop talking or I will end this call. I said stop talking to me and get the supervisor and she hang up on me. That easy! I've worked in a response center so I know someone has trained her that way. I could have understood if I was rude to her but I wasn't so I think since there is no avenue for customer feed back, customer service personnel could do anything they want.
In this taught times the last thing you need is to make customers upset. I can't Waite for the end of my contract.
