Dishonest customer service, fraudulent billing, nonexistant "supervisors" with the same one-man customer service "team", literally 40-minute holds with odd phoneline disconnection

I ordered a package on September 30th and it is now November 7th and I still haven't received my package. I emailed the company four times and got the same response with NO RESULTS. I then called the company and still no results. I called the company the second time on October 19th and spoke to a supervisor named Adam who then promised me that my item will be taken cared of and will be shipped within 24hours. Still did not receive it. I called again on November 3rd and was placed on hold for 40 minutes and only to find out that the supervisor is not working at the moment and my item is still showing up in the system as "not shipped".

I called again today, November 7th and again, I was hold for 20 minutes and then asked to speak to the supervisor and was put on hold for another 45 minutes only to hear someone pick up and then click the phone and disconnecting my line. I called again, was placed on hold again for 15 minutes and then spoke firmly to the customer service representative about being put on hold for 40 minutes with no response he then promised to connect me as soon as possible but again, I was put on hold for more than twenty minutes and then click, I got disconnected.

By the third time calling and waiting to be connected, the supervisor's office is closed. There is something fishy with this company and I can tell you that all the times calling in ALL different days I spoke to the same customer rep. ODD for a large company. When I called on Friday, November 3rd, the other line sounded like he was on his cell phone and it was windy in the background. Do they even have an office, let alone a supervisor?

I still haven't gotten my shipment and they still haven't refunded my card. Buy.com=FRAUDULENT COMPANY that will drain your cell phone bill and time.
