This online pet store is scam to get your money. I ordered an inground fence from here on the 4th of August. I recieved my confirmation immediately. On the 11th I sent an email asking when the fence would be shipped and I was told it would be shipped the following week due to a backorder and I would be send an email indicating that it had been shipped.
I waited until the 17th, I sent an email, called their customer service number and tried the on-line chat and was never able to get a response from any of their customer service representatives. Since the 17th I have tried to contact them daily and I can never get a response!
Don't order anything from this company!
