The petstoreonline.com took $232.90 without sending me the product that I had purchased. I made the purchase online on November 8th of 2011. I got a confirmation email right away which had their email address and phone number on the bottom.
After about a week, I noticed the tracker still said "Pending" and thought it was sort of odd. I sent several emails, and never got any response. I called the 1-877-364-3362 number and each time I got one ring, and then an answering machine.
"Thank you for calling the pet store online. All representatives are currently busy assisting other customers. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you again for calling."
After nearly three weeks from ordering the fence, I started looking up if anyone else had gotten scammed on this. That is where I came across this website.
