I placed my order to Doxy Lingerie on April 4 and recieved an order confirmation the same day. I figured my order would arrive soon, but after a month I still had not recieved a package nor any further correspondence.
My credit card was billed on April 7.
I sent an email to Doxy on May 5 and May 9 requesting to know the status of my order and have not recieved a response. I just sent another email to Doxy but don't think I will have much more luck.
The funny thing is that I made a similar order with another online lingerie company the same day and recieved a confirmation email the same day, another email notifying me that part of my order had been shipped with the tracking number 3 days later. This email also notified me that one of my outfits was on backorder, but would be shipped in about two weeks.
I had standard ground shipping. I recieved the first order about a week after I placed it and the backordered item within three weeks. That is how a company should do business. I am still waiting on a simple email from Doxy.
